>embrace and implement marketing strategy

> responsible for creating and maintaining hydrology (promotions) team, including but not limited to:

+recruit, hire and train new hydrologists

+manage up to 15 hydrologists

+meet market demands as outlined by sales and marketing

?

>responsible for execution and coordination of retail hydrology

+coordinate hydrology missions with retail accounts

+provide feedback to area brand managers regarding their accounts

?

> responsible for execution and coordination of the college brand ambassador program

??????????? + work with the campus ambassador to create an on-campus brand plan

+primary contact for all college ambassadors in the market

?

>responsible for execution and coordination of vehicle program

+work with sales to pre-plan schedule

>qualifications

+college degree in marketing or related field preferred

+2-4 years experience in a marketing. excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

+strong leadership skills

+must be passionate

+must be an expert on the market

+ability to prioritize workload and problem solve

+ability to grasp and apply new ideas

+high attention to detail

+excellent interpersonal skills
