Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer

We seek a highly motivated designer proven in graphic and web design. The person we want has high standards, a thirsty mind and is a conceptual thinker who can transform abstract goals into meaningful visual communication.


What you need:

? Minimum 5?7 years experience in print and user-centered design

? Four-year degree in relevant field of study

? Mastery of standard design applications and web development tools

? A portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic thinking, innovative concept development and ability to motivate your audience

? A flair for nailing effective solutions that are practical yet distinctive

? Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities

? The ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail


What you?ll do here:

? Provide strategic insight, concept development, brand development, design, photo direction, production, art direction, web architecture/user interface design and project leadership for POP/POS displays, signage, display advertisements, direct marketing campaigns, any number of collateral projects, package design, environmental graphics, interactive web sites, identity programs, multimedia presentations, online, multimedia and other user experiences

? Occasionally make presentations, interact with clients and always try to stay off of the evening news

? Interact, mentor, motivate, energize, lead and whatever else it takes to spur our agency to new milestones

? Provide humor, comic relief or somehow contribute in a significant way to our culture

? You will also be responsible for miscellaneous mundane tasks like digital asset management, database management, traffic and production documentation and may be asked occasionally to clean David (our cappuccino machine)
