Job Responsibilities

 Reports to Account Supervisor Handle day-to-day management and service of assigned accounts Maintain client contact on a daily or regular basis Act as liaison between agency and clients Assist with strategic marketing plans and proposals to clients Provide strategic direction to creative, interactive and media departments Issue clear and concise job orders, change orders and authorizations to creative, interactive and media departments Responsible for approval of job estimates, invoices and ensuring job costs stay within budget Coordinate timelines and project estimates through the Production and Traffic Managers Critique, proof and approve all creative designs and media recommendations prior to client review Provide weekly job status reports to Clients, Account Supervisor, Creative, Traffic and Production
