IMS is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to work on an-industry-leading account. This position will be based out of our Atlanta, GA office.

The Assistant Account Executive will be fully accountable for driving the flawless execution of projects across the following areas?client service, creative development & execution, production, fulfillment & distribution and accounting.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
?Provide direct support to the Account Management team
?Deliver superior service to the clients
?Point of Sale project management
?Support timely, disciplined accounting processes
?Build trust and respect across all contacts?clients and IMS
?Maintain frequent communication with FastPak regarding receiving, distributions, inventory, etc
?Bilingual/Hispanic Marketing experience a plus!


This position requires an entrepreneurial individual with strong project management skills. A minimum of 1-2 years of project/account management experience is optimal.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, team player, a good listener and problem solver. The individual must have strong organization skills and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and AS400 or similar PC system required. An Associate Degree (or higher) preferred. Bilingual/Hispanic Marketing experience a plus!
