Our client is a busy one-armed Creative Director who badly needs a right hand.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced lead designer or Art Director to get in with a very busy and fast-growing ad agency in the suburbs.

Here's what they need:

A designer with a very clean style and who has worked on POP displays, and a lot of them. A retail background would be ideal since this company has a lot of high level retail accounts.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be leading a team of designers and must have previous experience doing so.

You should be able to give constructive criticism, but in a positive manner.

This is a very hands-on job, so roll your sleeves up and be ready to get your hands dirty.

One last thing, leave your ego at the door folks, there's no room for it in this place.

Our client is a leading retail marketing agency who has been in business for over 20 years, and whose clients include several Fortune 500 companies.

Solid experience as a lead designer, Art Director, etc.

Heavy POP experience in a retail environment.

Rock super star with a killer portfolio that demonstrates CLEAN design.

Awesome hands-on skills working with CS2 and some Quark.
