Assistant Project Manager - Marketing Research
The individual filling this position will assist in the day-to-day management of both custom and syndicated research projects. Specific job responsibilities include:
Working closely with our senior researchers and clients from initial design of a project through its successful conclusion.Assisting in writing questionnaires, discussion guides, screeners, etc.Checking the accuracy of CATI/online questionnaire programmingAssisting in costing proposals, including obtaining bids from qualitative and quantitative data collection suppliers, data tabulation vendorsSupervising the performance of those suppliersDesigning and checking computer cross tabulations of survey dataAbstracting data from cross tabs for inclusion in reports/presentations
Position Requirements
The candidate must:
Be extremely well organizedPossess an exceedingly high level of attention to detail Be pro active in anticipating and solving potential problemsBe able to meet tight deadlinesBe able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.Be punctual and dependableHave good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)Be a self starterHave a positive, cooperative attitudePossess a minimum 4 year college degree
