Qualifications:

Chosen candidate will assist Account Manager and Account Directors with day-to-day project tasks. Coordinate integrated marketing projects from inception to completion. Communicate with clients, administer client requests, create and manage schedules, prioritize deliverables, and work in tandem with internal staff to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidate will possess:

One year of experience in an advertising agency or marketing organization
Strong marketing background
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Full command of English;
Strong PC Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, orientation to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Ideal candidate will:

Communicate and follow up with clients on projects, miscellaneous jobs, and day-to-day requests including rush jobs requests or general inquiries that require immediate attention
Answer phone calls from clients regarding point-of-purchase and collateral marketing materials; follow up on shipping and fulfillment issues.
Open jobs and follow up with internal departments providing comments, relaying client requests, and closely checking for details and consistency
Generate estimates/quotes for all jobs; issue purchase orders; process retainer and non-retainer billable items; keep track of departmental hours; ensure that all invoices are billed; close out projects.
Manage fulfillment of counter cards, posters, decals, etc. Create and organize shipping lists and configuration reports; notify Shipping/Production of required quantities and the shipping date.
Communicate with vendors to coordinate completion of jobs that are produced externally. Ensure that timelines are met; materials are produced efficiently and meet client quality specifications. Proofread artwork before it is sent to client.
