Associate Alliance Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Manager of Alliance Relations, the Associate Manager, Alliance Relations plays an active role in the development and management of strategic alliances with third-party organizations to leverage market awareness and opportunities the Robert Half International, Inc. brands.  We are seeking someone who is eager to grow professionally, in a position with advancement potential and with access to world class people and resources.  This position has a significant impact on revenue and profitability.

 

This individual will be responsible for helping strengthen the reputation of the RHI brands in the industry, boosting market presence, establishing a unique position in the market and providing added value to our clients and candidates through the development of alliance relationships.  To be successful, the AMM will be required to closely collaborate, through regular meetings and consultations, with Alliance Relations Team members, Product Managers, Marketing Intelligence, eStrategy Group, and Field Marketing teams.  Specific responsibilities include:

 

? Executing partner co-marketing programs at both the national and field levels

? Communicating with alliance partner representatives regarding execution of co-marketing initiatives

? Measuring overall program performance:  Key Performance Indicators, ROI and benefits to RHI, its clients and candidates

? Managing the tactical aspects of the Alliance Program including:

? Events, tradeshows (working with the Tradeshow & Events Coordinator)

? Award and scholarship programs

? Alliance Resource Center content

? Speaking opportunities/presentations/professional education

? Online components

? Advertising

? Field best practices

? Promotions and merchandising

? Member surveys/white papers

? Continuing Professional Education

? Monitoring partner websites for brand integrity and program compliance

? Identifying and reporting on competitor involvement with partners

? Other duties supporting the Alliance Relations Program as defined by the Manager of Alliance Relations

 

We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's degree in business with a major/emphasis marketing preferred and at least two years of marketing experience.  Business development experience is highly desirable as is experience managing marketing campaigns such as rewards, advertising, event sponsorship, and collateral development.  Strong business skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, good communications and presentation skills, report-writing ability and project management capability.  It is also important to have the ability to multi task and work comfortably in a dynamic environment characterized by changing priorities with high attention to detail, deadlines, and follow through.
