Associate Brand Manager - Tiger Electronics

Job Description:
Hasbro (NYSE:HAS) is a worldwide leader in children's and family leisure time entertainment products and services, including the design, manufacture and marketing of games and toys ranging from traditional to high-tech. Our Tiger Electronics Team is seeking an innovative, flexible and highly motivated Associate to support assigned brand(s). In this role, you will assist with the smooth and effective implementation of marketing strategies and product development goals. You will provide overall assistance with market research and development, and be a part of developing the strategic direction of the brand.

Key accountabilities include:
* Contribute to the development of brand strategy and present strategy and tactics to Senior Management.
* Collaborate on the creation and execution of the following: marketing plans, product definition and development, pricing recommendations, product positioning, packaging strategy, development of creative briefs, advertising, consumer promotions, in-store promotions and displays.
* Work with outside agencies (advertising and media) to manage related development and planning.
* Partner with internal departments to manage public relations efforts, Website strategy and development of marketing collateral.
* Work in conjunction with the International Marketing Team to globally execute brand goals and product.
* Manage brand financial goals by monitoring cost and spending activities.
* Oversee core segment of the business as well as identify new segments of business based on category insights and marketplace trends.
* Interact with cross-functional team of engineering, design, packaging, marketing services and operations.
* Present line plans to Senior Management and new product lines to retail accounts.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
* A minimum of 2 years of product development experience in a consumer product marketing environment required. Toy, consumer electronics or juvenile product marketing experience a plus.
* BA/BS in Marketing required; MBA preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a key brand/segment as well as persuasive written and oral communication skills.
