Associate Client Service Representative

MD-X products and services include: "Silent PPO" prevention & recovery Managed Care contract software & services "DMS": denial management software & services Patient and 3rd party billing support services Purchase/pre-funding of Self pay receivables 

MD-X has an exciting and rewarding full-time opportunity for an Associate Client Service Representative to join our corporate team.

Responsibilities: Support the Sales and Client Service teams by implementing new engagements. Manage client communications and requests for information. Develop engagement update and summary presentations. Attend and support client meetings.

Required: College degree and 2-4 years of previous work experience required. Healthcare experience/knowledge preferred. Candidate should have excellent communication and organization skills and be able to manage multiple ongoing projects. Candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to perform data analysis. Candidate must be detail oriented. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
