Associate Director, Delivery Management

Summary An Associate Director within the Delivery Management group is responsible for professionally project managing client engagements with a focus on balancing quality, cost and schedule in order to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

Job Experience

? Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional product or project management experience, preferably in a marketing related field

? Experience successfully managing complex/integrated projects

? Advanced experience with risk management, change management, communications management and financial management

Education

? Bachelor?s degree 

? MBA or Master?s degree is a plus

Skills

? Able to manage complex and/or multiple projects

? Capable of assembling and managing budgets including bottoms up budgets, and developing detailed work breakdown structures

? Advanced Microsoft Project ability

? Experience/knowledge in Web technologies

Essential Job Functions

? Partner with team to plan and manage for highest-quality client experience and results; monitor all project processes and operations for time and resource efficiencies, cost management, and process improvement opportunities

? Partner with team to oversee development and management of budgets; support development of forecasts, P&Ls, and management reports

? Partner with leaders of the team to coordinate and manage internal teams, client teams, vendors, third-party providers, etc.

? Oversee coordination of Quality Assurance efforts and partner with capabilities to ensure highest quality deliverables

? Possess a working knowledge of Digitas? capabilities and processes to integrate planning with Strategy, Creative, Marketing and Engineering

? Responsible for all deliverables to the client including the aspect of time, deliverable definition and development, and quality assurance

? Monitor and take corrective action to stay within time and expense limits
