Associate Director, Marketing

Responsibilities:

?Develop, analyze and research profiles of assigned companies
?Work with team leaders and partners to develop and implement pursuit plans
?Recommend appropriate services by having a working knowledge of the firm?s key audit, advisory and tax offerings
?Report pursuit status
?Develop a ?go-to-market? approach
?Drive, monitor and follow-up proposal debrief efforts
?Help ensure there connection between local marketing initiatives and clients
?Develop and implement an audit, advisory and tax marketing plan for the local business units
?Demonstrate return on investment for go-to-market initiatives
?Serve as a key marketing point person in the deployment of specific services
?Provide ongoing marketing counsel and support to business leaders
?Facilitate KPMG?s presence at business and community venues
?Support the firm?s branding plan and look for opportunities in the market to leverage the brand
?Manage area managers; recruit, manage, coach, and over see professional development of the staff
?Develop area and local marketing initiatives
?Full understanding of the firm?s plans and targets/accounts

Qualifications:

?Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or Business Administration and a Master?s in Business Administration from an accredited college/university
?Seven years of marketing experience
?Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
?Strong communication skills
?Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task
?Flexible to work overtime, as needed
