Associate Director Strategic Planning

Leadership: Helps to ensure long term agency-client opportunities by developing and maintaining solid relationships and providing solid strategic thinking Provides role within business development and across the agency and proactively provides suggestions that impact agency policy, competitiveness, and operations Actively networks among industry colleagues and professionals to continuously improve the reputation and quality that we offer to clients Most demonstrate support of company goals and mission Workload Management/Efficiency: Develops copy for the new business proposal/pitch process, according to specifications and our standards and works with Director of Editorial to obtain freelancers when needed Provides strategic and analytical support to client services, including account planning, concept development, etc. Collaborates with President, SVP/Creative Director & Director of Editorial to deliver new business presentations Manages marketing and promotion activities, including the capabilities presentation, direct mail initiatives, etc. Oversees all strategic planning activities Demonstrates strong ability to manage multiple projects and demands, and to prioritize accordingly

Qualifications :
5-7 yrs. medical education experience
