Associate Manager, Global Image and Standards

This position will be responsible for updating and maintaining all image related standards for the BURGER KING system. The primarily role is to insure the integrity of all drawings, specifications, records and files relating to but not limited to; playgrounds, dcor/lighting and uniforms are kept, accurate, organized, and easily accessible to all operators in the BURGER KING system. Responsibilities also include franchisee interaction and support and working with cross functional teams. Additional responsibilities will include the implementation and maintenance of the records electronically. Set up the system management of all data, records and specifications enabling access globally to all business units requiring access to the information. Position will report to Manager of Global Image design and standards.
Essential Functions and Duties:

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders both internal and external to compile and ensure integrity of procedures, policies, and standards

Establish and maintain matrices detailing products and finishes for dcor and playgrounds

Maintain data base of playground locations, certifications, cleaning schedule etc.

Maintain data base of approved playground footprints and layouts

Interact with vendors and suppliers

Responsible for accuracy & consistency of all printed data going out to system

Collaborate on the design and participate in delivery of interactive, electronic visual standards guide

Collaborate on the design and implementation of data base

System management of all data, records and specifications in data base

Support the manager in all communication and projects
Experience in layout and design of collateral material

Qualifications
Skills Needed:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet timelines and expected outcomes

Strong risk assessment and problem solving skills

Ability to read and develop building plans

Analytical skills to identify pre and post data collection

Ability to work as part of a strong team with high standards and tight time frames

Flexibility, adaptable to fast pace and changing work environment

Ability to understand construction terms, design terminology, and engineering plans

Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and access

College Degree

Creative and visionary thinker


Preferred skills

Background in operations, construction and/or purchasing of playgrounds, d????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????cor and lighting.
AutoCAD, quark or graphic software
Textile background or experience
Experience in layout and design of collateral material
