MISSION SUMMARY As an Associate Marketing Analyst you will manage execution of the APC Voice of Partner (VOP) process as it relates to conducting VOP interviews, working with internal systems to research partners, and performing follow-up work. This position will involve personally contacting APCs Partners over the phone and interviewing them to understand their feedback on APC products, APC sales and support, APC marketing and education, their relationship with APC, and customer buying decisions. You will work closely with your colleagues in Marketing on the Analysis, Business Process, and Program Management teams, as well as the Sales organization. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all needed pre-interview work to research an APC channel partners history with APC.

Personally contact APC channel partners over the phone, and solicit feedback from them regarding their experience with APC, our InfraStruXure products, training, support, sales process, marketing, competition, challenges and barriers.

Thoroughly and accurately document findings utilizing both the VOC Feedback database and InTouch/Siebel systems.

Perform follow-up work that includes, documenting any process defects by creating activities and cases in InTouch/Siebel, disseminating information from the interview to appropriate APC parties.

If the partner agrees to share their sales success story, start the testimonial process.

Meet or exceed VOP interview goals, while maintaining high quality interviews and follow-up work.

Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews as needed, which follow a similar process to VOP. Perform VOP analysis and report significant trends. Learn and stay informed on APC products as well as Partner Programs. Contribute to and follow documented VOP process. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent with 3-4 years experience. Must be knowledgeable regarding data center environments and customer business challenges and have or develop a thorough understanding of APCs InfraStruXure, Silcon, Symmetra MW, and NetworkAIR product lines. Prefer candidate that is familiar with InTouch/Siebel for pre-interview and follow-up work. The ideal candidate must have extremely strong people skills, strong interviewing and probing skills and be customer focused, making partners feel comfortable while they openly share information about their business and relationship with APC. Also must be quality oriented with high attention to detail. Be open and flexible with the ability to multi-task. Strong written and oral communications skills are required....
