Pepperidge Farm, a division of Campbell Soup Company, is seeking an enthusiastic, independent marketing professional with a passion for our brands to join our Marketing group in Norwalk, Connecticut.

As Associate Marketing Manager - Adult Snacks, you will be a key participant in the process to identify, develop and launch new products; assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans (consumer, trade, advertising); independently manage brand volume forecasting and budgets; support consumer promotions; interface as part of a multifunctional team (product development, logistics, finance, sales, package design, advertising, etc.); and perform on-going and ad-hoc brand results analyses.

Qualifications:

Key qualifications include:
- College degree; MBA preferred
- Minimum 1- 2 years marketing experience (preferably in food and/or consumer packaged goods)
- Ability to deliver against key objectives and timelines
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals
- Ability to work well within both the cross-functional team and brand team
- Professional maturity
- Attention to detail
