This position is responsible for providing project management and subject matter expertise to all execution aspects of WaMu marketing projects.  As a Project Manager Associate, this position is responsible for providing tactical planning, research and analysis, execution requirements and must act as the operations/project liaison for support of the organization’s corporate strategic objectives. Assignments are broad in nature, often involving cross-functional interaction with business partners on a daily basis.  Experience working in a team environment required and proven oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management are required. Six Sigma experience is a preferred.



Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience

o Be well organized and able to adapt to changes in business direction and shifting priorities

o Strong problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Deal effectively with different levels of management

o Build & Maintain relationships with various Business Partners across multiple areas

o Influence &  navigate ambiguous situations

o Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

o Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve bottom-line results. 

o Working knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, Visio & Project software.
