Associate Representative

Job Description:
What it is:

JWT is looking for an Associate Representative to assist on the Ford dealer business. Current recruiting needs are in Memphis, TN.

What you do:

.Update lease worksheets & lease line information as needed
.Obtain necessary legal approvals & compose/distribute necessary disclaimers
.Knowledge of advertising/leasing guidelines by state & FCC
.Complete media conference reports
.Initiate all traffic instructions
.Initiate all job numbers with broadcast and print production
.Generate and distribute meeting minutes
.Compose meeting material request letters
.Compose and circulate dealer newsletters and mailings
.Coordinate FDAF incentive programs
.Maintain FDAF creative library
.Update RAF intranet
.Work collectively with media to update media flowcharts/obtain budgetary summaries
.Other assigned duties

What you need:

.Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field
.At least one year of experience in related industry
.Positive, professional attitude
.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
.Ability to take initiative and get the job done
