*Work on multiple Marketing/Sales related projects in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
*Work closely with Sales Managers in the development of strategies and tactics necessary to achieve successful sales results with customers
*Identify business-building opportunities and develop recommendations
*Team Selling ? Provide strategic direction to sales in the execution of major sales presentations by providing appropriate syndicated data, providing guidance on advanced presentation methodology, and when necessary, participation in the sales call
*Space management development of shelf standards and customer planogram initiatives
*Prepare and deliver presentations to Management and Customers
*Create, develop, and implement channel/customer specific trade programs
*Seek out complementary co-promotions to create unique customer events
*Provide promotion evaluation, financial and volume review (was the promotion efficient and effective) channel/customer specific programs
*Establish and provide
* Trade Category Definition and Role Development
* Category Assessment and Business Review
* Scorecard and Trade Strategy Development
*Provide Trade strategies and tactics for:
* Securing Distribution
* Proper Shelving Placement
* Developing Optimal Pricing Structure
* Developing and Coordinating Superior Trade Promotions
*Shelf Management and ROII Analysis
*Distribution and Gap Analysis
*Competitive analysis and information



?Bachelor?s Degree ? Business preferred
?5+ years experience in Sales or Marketing in Consumer Package Goods industry
?Strong analytic skills
?Proficient in the use of syndicated data
?Solid computer skills ? PowerPoint, Excel, Word
?Space Management software experience
?Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
?Strong communication and administration skills
