BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKETING COORDINATOR

Reporting to the Business Development Officer. Coordinate with the Marketing Projects Director and Marketing Specialists for design and communications projects.

Coordinate Marketing Campaigns under direction of the Business Development Officer

* Coordinate messaging / content ? work with with marketing department
* Database analysis ? queries / reporting
* Generate target market mail lists from database
* Strategy implementation
* Fulfillment coordination ? with office services group

Marketing campaigns include:

* Topical emails ? monthly
* Introductory letters ? 2 x month
* Pre-conference/event letters ? as needed
* Marketfirst email campaigns ? including Frederiksen events
* Database administration
* Regional event specific email campaigns
* Webcasts

Work with regional directors of Business Development to develop materials for speaking engagements, including handouts and powerpoints.

Ad hoc projects as requested by VP Business Development

Requirements:
Experience in customer database management required.
Experience in implementation of direct mail and/or emarketing campaigns required
Bachelors degree and 2-4 years experience required ? salary dependent upon level of experience
