The Benefits Assessment Consultant is responsible for utilizing a systematic client-focused approach to assessing prospective client benefits and documenting actual client benefits. In addition, the Benefits Assessment Consultant coordinates and manages the cross-functional use of all benefits materials and resources, including client value statements, case studies, collateral, and the benefits library. The successful Benefits Assessment Consultant develops, documents, and maintains benefits materials by working directly with both clients and Cerner associates across sales, marketing, and consulting. This role provides critical support in helping compile, message, and articulate Cerner's value proposition both internally and externally. The Benefits Assessment Consultant should be able to work cross-functionally within the organization and well-represent Cerner to clients and prospects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Financial Management or other relevant profession Master's in Health Administration, RN, or MD strongly preferred 2-3 years experience in related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Strong skills required in communication, relationship development, negotiating, strategic thinking, analysis and problem solving Knowledge in current healthcare issues and financial management principles beneficial Ability to travel 30-40%
