Media Director, Michigan***Must have exp. in the Hispanic or African American consumer Markets*** Bilingual is a plus!!! seeking someone who can convey advertising messages to consumers by evaluating media requirements; selecting and monitoring media presentations.
*Determines media requirements by studying project requirements; conferring with creative director and account representative.
* Selects media by determining target audiences; studying demographic data, consumer profiles, and historical media results.
* Negotiates media contracts by obtaining rates; developing proposals.
* Schedules media by determining locations and timing; coordinating presentations with media producers; preparing appropriate formats; forwarding changes.
* Monitors media presentations by tracking schedules; identifying and rescheduling missed presentations.
* Improves media results by analyzing consumer statistics; recommending changes.
* Controls Costs by planning media expenditures; evaluating potential impact of media; selecting cost-effective media; tracking expenses; evaluating options.
* Provides planning and evaluation information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing media data and trends.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in trade shows and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years experience in an Advertising Agency setting is required; Must have previous Marketing Research; Direct Marketing; Advertising Planning; the ability to tracking budget expenses; Media Planning; solid negotiation skills, decision making, building relationships, project management, and the motivation to put out productivity. 

 

Account Supervisor(2)  Michigan & Chicago - Our multi-cultural client is seeking a Spanish/English speaking (bilingual) experienced Account Supervisor to join their creative team. This person will come equipped with a minimum of 5-8 years ad agency experience; the ability to build strong lasting relationships; excellent people management and presentation skills. Relocation is available for the ideal fit.

 

Account Planner, Michigan- Candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish with a minimum of 4 to 7 years experience in an advertising agency setting;  Should possess excellent presence and presentational skills; must be able to see the broader spectrum in identifying brand enhancement opportunities with a pro-active approach. 

 

Copywriter, Michigan - Must have proven copywriting experience in an Advertising Agency setting.  Bilingual in Spanish/English and exp. in  the Hispanic Consumer Markets.
