Bilingual Copywriter, Direct Marketing

Directo, the direct marketing arm of Dieste Harmel & Partners, the
fastest growing Hispanic advertising agency in the USA, seeks an
accomplished bilingual Copywriter (broadcast experience a plus) to join

The Copywriter will review creative strategies, develop high-level
concepts, and help provide creative leadership in copy development. Will
work with a variety of clients in various mediums including direct mail,
Internet, DRTV, and advertising from concept to completion.

Must be able to effectively articulate concept approach on respective
projects, present copy internally and to client for approval, negotiate
changes, and correct/revise as necessary until approved. Work with
editor/proofer/translator to ensure consistency, accuracy, creative
integrity, and cultural relevance of written communications to desired
target.

Qualified candidates will be proficient in writing, reading, and
speaking in both English and Spanish. A minimum of 5 years of
copywriting experience in an agency environment. A bachelors in
journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, or related field is
preferred. However, pertinent professional experience may be considered
in lieu of related degree. Direct Marketing experience is also a plus
but not necessary for candidate consideration.
