Rauxa Direct has earned a reputation for being the direct marketing expert.  We are currently looking for a bilingual Hispanic Creative Strategy Director to establish and lead a specialist Hispanic direct marketing division.  This position is based in our Costa Mesa office in Southern California.

 

You must have experience in direct marketing and marketing to Hispanics.  You need to understand the attitudes and behavior of Hispanic consumers and how direct marketing can be used to market to them.  You must be bilingual, able to speak and write fluent Spanish and English.

 

This is a pivotal role in leading the agency?s expansion into the Hispanic market.  You will work alongside the account service, database marketing and creative teams to develop strategies and creative work that will deliver on the client?s objectives.  The ability to create and make compelling presentations to existing clients and new business prospects is a must.
