Branch Marketing Assistant

OVERVIEW: Provide marketing support for the recruitment, orientation and retention of Companies Loan Originators for the Northern California branch. Responsible for the administrative support of the Vice President, Branch Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Support of Companies Mortgage Loan Originators. Provides collateral materials for the Branch Manager in the recruitment of Loan Originators. Assists the Branch Manager in the development, preparation, and distribution of marketing materials to Companies Mortgage Loan Originators. Responsible for the development, updating, and implementation of the Companies Mortgage Loan Originators orientation and working with the orientation committee at the corporate headquarters. Maintain the Companies homepage for the Northern California branch. Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered by Company. Promote the Companies warehouse line by educating and guiding loan officers through the process. Assists the Branch Manager in the planning and organization of the Sales Meetings Responsible for Administrative support to the Branch Manager · Screens phone calls, takes messages, and similar activities. · Responds to routine correspondence or inquiries or draft correspondence or message to support the assigned Branch Manager. · Help sign up new Loan Originator’s, review Loan Originator packet, run background checks, verify Loan Originator information in Contacts database. Qualifications :
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION · Requires the marketing and administrative skills normally associated with a four year degree in marketing or related discipline EXPERIENCE Proven written and oral communication skills Requires excellent attention to detail, listening and communication skills. Must also anticipate material needs and education to support ongoing marketing activities. Excellent customer service skills. POSITION DEMANDS Work at a pace consistent with the mortgage industry. Work overtime as necessary.
