Brand Manager

Responsibilities will include:

 

? Brand Manager:  Wine or beverage experience a plus!

 

?  Develop and implement Brand Plan, including P&L responsibility

?  Monitor sales and allocations and provide forecasts

?  Programming & POS development

?  Primary supplier contact

?  Brand Ambassador to sales force

?  Senior Management interface

 

? Manage day-to-day relationship with promotional agency

 

? Manage brand budgets

 

?  Approve all brand-specific promotional spending within budget, reconcile suppliers? contributions, and manage the overall brand budget.

 

? Monitor warehouse inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, distribute product allocations.

 

? Carry out market visits to support sales/trade initiatives and to research competitive marketplace

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

? 4-Year college degree with classical marketing background required.  Graduate degree a plus

? Minimum 3 years consumer marketing experience

? Some wine knowledge required, with U.S. wine or adult beverage industry knowledge a plus

? Computer literate including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Acrobat

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Strong analytical skills

? Detail-oriented

? Creative and enterprising

? Ability to work under pressure

? Some travel required (15%)
