Key Responsibilities:

 

Serve as steward for assigned brand(s).  Implement and monitor annual marketing strategy, plan, and budget for assigned brand(s).  Collaborate with cross functional teams to support all aspects of the brand, including:  Consumer and Market Research, Advertising and Media, Public Relations, Trade Events and Database Marketing.

 

 

Primary Duties:

 Collaborate with Brand Team to assist in the development of annual brand and marketing strategies to support Business Unit and overall corporation business goals and performance indicatorsPerform continuous brand audits to determine brand consistency, recognition, and perception both internal and external to the corporationImplement and monitor marketing plan initiativesImprove and maintain corporate identity, including branding guidelines, style guides, etc.Interface with external design, branding, and creative agencies to execute specific key marketing initiativesManage brand budgets to ensure optimum use of financial resourcesEnsure that all stake holders (i.e. Business Unit Managers, Brand Planner) are fully aligned with marketing activitiesEnsure that all stake holders are fully abreast of market realities as determined through continuous market research and audits

 

 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

 

Bachelors Degree in Related Field

Minimum 2-5 years in Marketing or Related Field

Strategic Thinking Abilities Required

Excellent Organization Skills

Ability to Work with Minimal Direction

Proficiency in MS Office Required
