Talent Partners is providing a training program in Broadcast Traffic to college grads interested in a career in Client Service.

We are recruiting service-oriented candidates with the desire to learn and develop new skills to be part of our Broadcast Traffic Team.

In the role of Trainee, you will support Traffic Coordinators in the responsibility of tasks and functions required to manage the process of getting commercial spots to their broadcast destination for our clients.

All components of Traffic functions are integrated into this position in formal classroom training and on the job experience to prepare Trainee for the role of Traffic Coordinator.

Primary responsibilities: Assist in coordinating traffic for assigned clients and calculating estimated total costs; assist in coordinating media and creative information; create and deliver letters of instruction to each station in advance of airdate; collect, distribute and retain all documentation associated with a traffic job; assist in processing general correspondence to clients and vendors. Participate in formal and on the job-training.
