Business Analyst
Responsible for providing information based analyses. Assists with complex analyses to achieve account, cash, expense, fee & yield targets. Utilizes the segmentation / modeling tools available to play a supporting role in providing strategic direction for pricing & selection strategies for all marketing campaigns. Work closely with teams outside of marketing (e.g. risk, finance) to provide timely strategic solutions. Develop reporting tools to track actual performance & expenses vs. plan and managing the reporting of key performance measures for new & existing account efforts.
Required skills:
Must continually think creatively and analytically to successfully grow the business. Proven record of innovation and implementation through strong teamwork, communication & presentation skills. Proven experience with the analytical tools to compile and analyze data (e.g., SAS, Advanced MS Excel, etc.)
Desired skills:
Previous financial or marketing analytic experience; strong understanding of credit card P&L drivers.
