Business Development Director

Reports to:  CEO & President

Status:  Salaried plus commission

Job Purposes -

-Increase sales by strategically planning and successfully implementing national/regional sales development in accordance with agreed targets and business plans.

Key Responsibilities -

-Plan and implement sales and customer retention development, sales resources according to agreed budgets

-Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy to present to BOD

-Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning

-Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and development of the company's brands

Requirements -

-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Email and all internal software systems

-Strong preference given to candidates with Bachelor degree and 5 years previous experience in retail

-Travel - Valid Driver's License - Able to fly in an airplane

- Pass Drug Test

- Able to lift 50 lbs

-Must be customer centric

-Commute to Corporate Headquarters located in Cleveland, Ohio
