Business Intelligence & Market Planning Professional

This position is responsible for researching and compiling business intelligence and conducting analyses of competitor and industry performance. This position conducts market and competitive research, then analyzes and communicates the findings to senior management with an emphasis on the strategic opportunities or implications to PharmaCare.

Essential duties include:

? Comprehensive review and analysis of competitor performance including; strategy, pricing, products and win losses. This information must be routinely summarized distributed and updated.
? Formulate recommendations based of the aggregation of data from multiple sources.
? Based on sound research findings, prepare and recommend strategies for performance improvement, new products, or other key initiatives
? Manage business intelligence in conjunction with other data gathering units
? Coordinate market research programs and projects
? Track performance and effectiveness of products across all clients. Including, identifying new opportunities.
? Provide regular market research support to PharmaCare Specialty in the areas of competitive intelligence, bio-tech pipeline, and specialty initiatives by payors.


Requirements:

Minimum requirements: demonstrated market research expertise, strategy or analyst experience. Experience in B2B market dynamics. MBA preferred. Excellent data interpretation, analytical, organizational, problem solving and strategy development skills required. Interested candidates must be able to present to all audiences, have proven leadership ability and be able to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
