CLM Manager

- Seek and gather consolidated subscriber base data.
- Analyze data to look for current gaps, and future trends of churning customers.
- Develop and maintain churn forecast model.
- Manage reporting analysis of all CLM related campaigns, both national and local.
- Create new and innovative campaign ideas (cross-sell, upsell, churn prevention, contract renewal) on a constant weekly basis.
- Work closely with CLM Program Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Director to provide guidance on and potential target segments and campaign offers.
- Work with HQ CLM to interpret national campaign results and identify impact on future campaign design.
- Responsible for monthly Churn Prevention Report for ARSM accountability and measurement (net adds, renewals, VIP Lookup Tool usage, Renewals each vs. target)
- Work collectively with Region CLM team to combine efforts with other W. Region markets where applicable.
- Awareness of network build plans and other market-wide milestones that would contribute to customer base churn prevention.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Show financial aptitude to provide recommendation and financial justification for proposed programs.
- Strong analytic skills that allow for pulling relevant subscriber data from various systems in order to identify at-risk churn segments.
- Provide ad-hoc management reporting, analysis and presentations
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Business Objects, and other database management tools
- Proficient in data evaluation and analysis
- Proficient in developing management reporting
- Ability to understand data and read out to an executive level audience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- BA in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years experience in data analysis/finance with emphasis in marketing or existing customer base and retention
- Project management skills and solid follow up skills
