CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Strong $40M Dallas-based company looking for the ideal addition to our Customer Service and Marketing Team. Dedication and doing the right thing for the customer is what has contributed to our success, we are looking for a customer relations candidate to assist our Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency through customer satisfaction. This is an integral role for this department and we are seeking a professional, organized candidate with superior customer service skills.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Receives and responds to customer inquiries via email, fax, mail and phone in a timely and professional manner.

*Manages online customer orders from receipt to delivery including proactive with solving problems and inquiries.

*Coordinate updates and technology changes on website with Marketing Team.

*Coordinate contest programs from development through implementation using project management experience.

*Demonstrated ability to initiate and follow-through with process/quality improvements.

*Ability to develop strong internal working relationships to ensure superior customer service and solutions.

*Prepare special reports and research information as requested on an ad hoc basis.

*Will serve as face of the company at offsite focus groups, demos, trade shows and must be professional in demeanor and appearance at all times.

*Assistance in managing digital assets.

*Train and provide backup coverage for Office Coordinator position.

*Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.



SKILLS REQUIRED:

*Must have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated assertiveness while maintaining a professional demeanor.

*Must approach projects and tasks with solid organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency.

*Must have strong knowledge of Word, Excel and data entry in Access-additional Access knowledge helpful.

*Clear, concise and effective writing skills.

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment

*Must have ability to change activity suddenly and cope with interruptions

*Excellent work ethic, reliable, dependable, attention to detail, follows up on assignments, demonstrates initiative, strong customer service orientation.

*Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience and a desire to work in a customer -oriented atmosphere with a desire to contribute in a marketing role as well.
