The  Campaign Analyst fulfills the client?s direct mail or email campaign requests in an accurate and timely manner according to department and company standards.  A Campaign Analyst becomes familiar with a client?s marketing strategies and analysis needs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Daily contact with account manager and/or clients to receive, fulfill and ship campaign data
Manage intake of campaign requests, conduct client communication to establish clear requirements and expectations
Quality checks all fulfillments of campaign requests
Interface with technical team to implement SQL-based campaign selection
Complete all campaign requests according to departmental standards
Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements for this position are:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely detail oriented and organized
Able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Able to manage change in expectations
Experience with direct mail or email campaign management.
Some experience with SQL and MS Access
Experience with, or knowledge of, basic data processing techniques preferable
