Catalog Production/Traffic Manager

Daniels Creativity Group is seeking a qualified Catalog Production / Traffic Manager for its marketing department.? The successful candidate will be responsible for:

?

All?print production and electronic graphic needs for all Daniels Group Companies-

? www.delphiglass.com: www.lincolnglass.com:? www.diamondtechglass.com

?

Plan, direct?and coordinate production of 250+page annual catalog and 32+ page seasonal catalogs.

?

Manage, track and report details of all print production and electronic graphic projects.

?

Establish and drive to all production schedules and budgets.

?

Understanding of InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop software applications.

?

Manage a creative team of three graphic designers.

?

Interacting and negotiating with production resources including printers, mail houses, media publications.

?

Formulate production policies and procedures to maximize efficiencies

?

National trade show coordination and communication

?

REQUIREMENTS:

?

Minimum 5 years of print production experience

Minimum 2 years of trade show experience

Minimum of 5 years staff management experience

Exceptions oral and written communications skills

High level PC proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Access, SQL

Bachelor's degree required.
