A planning Field Supervisor on an auto account has become available in Carat's downtown Chicago office.

Responsibilities/Role:Generate and supervise the development of media plans using expertise and knowledge of appropriate media mix options (television, radio, print, newspaper, online, OOH)Develop POV?s concerning relevant media issues including; opportunities, emerging media trends and media researchProvide reach and frequency of various options of media plansWork directly with client groups on planning strategy and ensuring that planning strategics are in alignment with media goalsInteract with National planning team to keep abreast of Tier 1 strategies and how they can work with Tier 2 goalsWork directly with buying team in analysis of local vendor offerings Oversee all client related media presentations for dealer meetings.? Travel involved.Responsible for media budget management.? Supervise all billing, traffic, merchandising, promotion, sponsorship activities for the region.Steward all media buys once regional approval is receivedProvide general planning training and knowledge to client groups, planners/assistant plannersReceive guidance and oversight from Associate Planning Director or Account Director as needed

Requirements:4-9 Years experience in media planning Strong attention to detail Good supervisory skills Good communication skills Strong MS Office Skills
