Circulation Business Analyst

We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - Circulation for our Headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL.

Job Description:

Works with the relevant and external community to analyze and document the business changes, the business systems, process requirements and functional design of a given initiative; potentially spanning multiple departments and business units.

Uses a variety of analytical tools and techniques relevant to the given initiative and has working knowledge of the Circulation processes.

Responsible for creation, completion, and sign-off on System Requirements documentation for all support applications. (DMI, Explorer, L-core, Reporting).

Coordinates all business-related activities pertaining to a given project. Includes scheduling and hosting all pre-and post implementation meetings and scheduling.

Analyze and document current and future state of business deliverables to assist in identifying opportunities for enhancements.

Contribute to testing requirements framework (scope, validation, planning, scripts, and execution) Works with the business and QA to identify and coordinate resources for testing enhancements.

Addresses training and process change concerns with necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or minimum related work experience.

2 to 4 years related work experience.

Minimum 2 years experience with business

Preferred candidate will posses a strong technical knowledge of circulation and applications used to support selection, reporting and analysis.

Strong decision making skills with the ability to implement new processes and plans.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and ability to manage deadlines.

Ability to work and collaborate with all levels throughout the organization.

Effective verbal and written skills.
