Client Project Manager

Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions to organizations and consumers, is seeking a highly motivated Client Project Manager to join our team in the Costa Mesa, CA location.  The selected candidate will be responsible for exceeding client expectations through the delivery of Automotive Information Solutions to clients; defining client solutions requirements, planning and managing projects; maintaining strong client relations; effect project management and consultation to clients and develop deep competencies in a variety of product areas including credit (e.g. prescreen), marketing (e.g. CRM), and other Automotive products.

 

Responsibilities:

? Leverage resources and maintain solid relationship with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Production, and Client to ensure quality deliverables

? Provide leadership direction of projects to ensure that deliverables exceed client expectations

? Provide Sales with direction for effective use of all products and solutions

? Manage and coordinate the solution delivery process from the pint of sale to the point to delivery ? includes responsibility for clearly understand client requirements and ensuring requirements are addressed ? completed with documentation to the organization, with well-defined deliverables, analysis and work should be performed with in agreed upon timelines

? Support the sales team during the early opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process including assisting with Sales presentation and client calls

? Consult with client on products, processes and advantages

? Ensure client?s business needs are understood and documented ? focusing on solution requirements that leverage Experian?s competencies and staying within boundaries established by Compliance

? Implement change management ? document and communicate specification revisions to client and process team, and interpret the implications that changes will have on the processing and timeline

? Communicate project updates to all teams within the process and negotiate or escalate issues where applicable

? Maintain an open door to all processing teams to resolve internal issues

? Manage client expectations of deliverables and timelines with Sales so relationship flourishes

? Assist in explaining deliverables results and implications with analysis and reports where client?s needs warrant

? Meet regularly with clients, and provide continual updates reports on all outstanding projects to maintain client?s awareness

? Conduct periodic and annual reviews to review work completed and emphasize the overall value provided by the solutions

 

Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree or higher

? Good communication skills, attention to detail

? Ability to solve problems, multi-task and work with others

? Ability to simultaneously handle multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, projects, and provide deliverables under time pressure is required

? Previous experience that demonstrates effective interaction in a team or matrix environment

? Strong management and organizational skills, plus detail-oriented and accurate analytical skills

? Proven proficiency in a Windows 2000 environment, as well as the following software:  MS-Projects, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint ? automotive, CRM and/or credit industry knowledge is a plus
