Driven by individual consumer purchasing history collected from retailers? loyalty card programs, promotions are never one-time events but rather longitudinal, responding to shoppers? behavior every day. Offers are communicated to shoppers prior to shopping ? on-line with personally rendered web pages, permission email, and in-store offer dispensers and utilizing on-cart scanning technology where available. Concept Shopping has licensed two of the top five supermarket chains in the U.S. and has executed pay-for-performance campaigns for more than 60 leading CPG firms. Locally, Concept Shopping is the driving force behind Jewel/Osco?s new avenu ? program.

Concept Shopping is seeking an experienced client service representative in its Lisle headquarters to manage multiple CPG client accounts. The Client Services Analyst will work closely with other departments in creating promotional campaigns, managing these campaigns and analyzing/communicating results. To be considered for this position, you must have 1-4 years of client service experience working with consumer brands in a retail or marketing company. Familiarity with the grocery industry is a plus though not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Creating promotional campaigns including shopper targets and objectives
? Using CSI?s proprietary software to build promotional campaigns
? Analyzing retailer shopping data for insights and opportunities
? Managing multiple CPG client accounts
? Maintaining current budget information to ensure proper funding levels
? Reporting results to clients and proposing changes to campaigns when needed
? Interacting with CSI operations, sales, analytics and accounting departments to ensure a smooth transition throughout the campaign development process


Skills:

Candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills as well as experience with Microsoft Excel. Must be familiar with brand management, brand loyalty, consumer behavior and promotional/trade mix concepts and able to use this knowledge in creating consumer promotional campaigns. Must also be detail-oriented, organized and work well with others.
