Client Services Manager - Email Publishing

About the Opportunity We are the top email publisher to affluent U.S. markets. Publications topics include fine dining, luxury cruises, high end electronics, fine art, etc. Our clients are name brand companies and agencies who expect a high level of client service. You will often need to educate the clients on the best use of email, give advice on aspects of campaigns and help evaluate results. You must have excellent communication skills. This position works with clients directly to plan future campaigns as well as oversees client campaigns and coordinates with Operations area to be sure email campaigns are correctly executed. You will also need to be comfortable overseeing external design resources for client campaigns. We are not an agency, but we do help clients with their creative as needed. This is a detail oriented position requiring a high level of personal responsibility and a strong work ethic.
