Communications Coordinator - Temp

Quorum Federal Credit Union, formerly known as Kraft Foods Federal Credit Union, was originally established in 1934 as an employee benefit for everyone in the Kraft Foods family. We are currently seeking a Temporary Communications Coordinator in Westchester.  The responsibilities of the position include:

 

*Writing, creating and coordinating approval/production/distribution process of website

 and member communications, as well as external press releases. 

*Coordinating and fulfilling business development support materials for events, seminars & site visits. 

*Creating and maintaining support material for use in Service Centers and site visits.

*Coordinating shipment of promotional materials for site visits and special events.

*Performing market and competitive research via the Internet.  Some cold calling involved.

*Coordinating and fulfilling direct mail programs.

*Performing additional duties as required.

 

Requirements:

*College degree (preferred) with 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred.

*Strong communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. 

*High level of writing skills required. 

*Proficient in current word processing, design and spreadsheet computer software. 

 Graphic design skills a plus.
