Communications Specialist

Description:
-Partner with AEPC department leaders and staff to write, edit and proofread consumer communication materials.

-Support company customer retention/loyalty initiatives.

-Develop and lead retention marketing initiatives

-Track costs and manage to budget.

-Develop and maintain on-going communication plans.

-Evaluate communication results.

-Lead communication projects and represent communications/printing department on cross-functional project teams.

-Manage relationships with vendors to provide direction on communications initiatives.

-Work with PMO, IS, Compliance and Printing to execute department communication initiatives.

-Assist with other department responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Post high school education including a minimum of three years of professional experience in communications or closely related field strongly preferred.

-Consumer communications writing, editing and proofreading experience required.

-CRM/Retention/Loyalty experience strongly preferred.

-Exceptional organization skills required.

-The ability to manage many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment required.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

-Effective project management skills required.

-Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

-The ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization required.

-Property/Casualty experience preferred.
