Pay: Open, 60's Please read description CAREFULLY, if interested, please submit resume as an attachment asap.  Thank you! Visual merchandising leader that plays a vital role in the implementation/execution of floorset strategies that incorporate aesthetic, brand and commercial points of view.  Experience in communicating seasonal concepts through visual presentation to achieve brand objectives.  Must possess strong written/verbal organizational talentsPartner with Merchandising team to understand seasonal accessory merchandising strategies
Coordinate and compile merchandise information from Merchants, Planning and Allocation in preparation for executing floorsets
Responsible for planning, executing and documenting the accessory portion of the floorset document
Communicate merchandise placement changes and new receipt placement to the field organization in order to ensure accuracy of execution and brand consistency
Partner with visual field team to ensure that all-visual communication is easily understood by the field organization, while meeting time expectations and re-enforcing brand standards
Create and implement visual techniques and shop concepts integrating design, marketing and core business initiatives
Partner with Creative Manager in executing Home Office merchandise set-ups as needed
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Quark Express, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Awareness of fashion trends with the creative ability to adapt new trends in visual merchandising for stores
Experience in visual merchandising - will be moving around from store to store
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
