Consumer Insights Manager

Responsibilities

Specifically, the consultant will:  

? Analyze and interpret qualitative consumer insight research study to further distill findings and guide new research
? Analyze past consumer insights research and findings
? Develop a new platform for consumer learning
? Define scope and responsibilities to build an internal Consumer Insights  Center of Excellence

? Analysis/Recommendations Report
? Methodology for building a Consumer Insights Center of Excellence
? Implementation Plan
? Transition Plan

Value to client

An independent, self-directed consultant with directly relevant expertise will immediately add value to the project by analyzing a significantly comprehensive consumer insights segmentation study to arrive at a methodology for creating a more effective platform for consumer learning in the organization. 

Industry Experience

? Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience is required
? Food industry experience is preferred
 
Functional Experience

 Key requirements include:

? 7-10 years experience in consumer insights
? Exceptional analytical skills
? Expertise developing and interpreting consumer segmentation studies
? Experienced defining responsibilities for a consumer insights team within in a complex corporate structure
? Experienced defining and implementing best practices and long term strategies for consumer insights teams
? Solid leadership skills
? Strong project management skills
? Strong written and verbal communications skills
