Description:

The Opportunity Management organization is responsible for the development and production of Caremark's content and proposals for potential and current clients as well as supporting our current TPA and Health plan clients on our CAPS solution. The Client Consulting Analyst is responsible for development and maintenance of our client content and project coordination of these proposals, i.e., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating all the important elements of proposal activity for our current TPA and Health Plan Clients.The Client Consulting Analyst will be accountable for effective communication and coordination with our client, Caremark sales teams and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) in addition to representatives from our Underwriting, Legal Department and Executive Management. The Analyst will also be responsible for analysis of the RFP specifications; populating the proposal document; coordinating with SMEs and authors for nonstandard proposal responses; and organizing and conducting any necessary reviews and/or revisions of the proposal documents and content databases. In addition, the candidate is responsible for: writing/editing, researching and updating proposal and presentation knowledgebase, assist with training and development of proposal staff, work with the field organization and all business owners in developing competitive write-ups for client-specific responses and marketing collateral material. Review and ensure accuracy and approvals of Caremark responses to client requests.The ideal candidate will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent short turnarounds. This job requires a strong detail-oriented project manager with excellent organizational skills and the ability to facilitate among and between individuals to coordinate the timely input of required material.

 

Qualifications:

Communication skills essential. Strong project management capabilities as well as editing skills. Ability to multi-task while working independently. Ability to learn new software applications. (flexibility and attention to detail).

 

Education:

Degree in English, Marketing or Communications preferred.

 

Experience:

Health care industry experience preferred. Sales interaction/experience desirable. Knowledge of computer applications, especially RFP Express, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
