SKILLS REQUIRED: Six years of specialized administrative experience. Excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate. SAP experience preferred. Working knowledge of Spanish/German language preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers documentation and coordination of contracts in accordance with Company policy from order entry through final shipment and payment. Enters new bookings. Resolves contract differences between customer purchase orders and Company proposals. Enforces contract terms. Expedites contract requirements. Interfaces with application engineers in administration of contracts, expediting and prioritizing orders, drawings and information. Coordinates with Purchasing to expedite purchases that impact total compliance with contract. Communicates with Production Control staff regarding shop order status and customer priorities. Coordinates with Accounting regarding customer credit approval, invoicing requirements and discrepancies. Advises field sales on items affecting customer contracts and keeps customer appraised of delivery schedules. Coordinates project management with lead project manager in factory located in Latin America or overseas.
