Our Realtor.com division is looking for an entry level CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR to ensure company showcase and other broker contracts are complete and accurate for fulfillment/billing.

Responsibilities:

~Review all incoming contracts for accuracy and completeness; enter into contract management system
~Route contracts to management for approval, as needed
~Assign contract to Account Manager or Fulfillment Rep for processing
~Enter contract details onto Contract Log for submission to Finance for billing
~After billing is complete, perform key control for SOX of auditing or billing to ensure accuracy and update contract system with billing information
~Manage filing system of contracts
~Create/maintain reporting as needed for Accounting and Sales

Qualifications:

~Highly detail oriented
~Strong organizational skills
~MS Word and Excel proficiency
~Experience working with a sales team
~1-2 years administrative experience
