Collette Vacations is the worldwide leader in the ever-changing travel industry. We employ over 450 people, including full-time tour managers, in 4 offices around the world, including Canada and the UK.
Our company headquarters is located in a historic mill building in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, located minutes from downtown Providence.


Collette Vacations is seeking a COPY WRITER for our Rhode Island office.

Responsibilities includes:Writing advertisements, direct mail, promotions, marketing collateral and sales literature. Working in conjunction with the marketing team to create ads and direct mail concepts.Being motivated to learn and recommend writing styles appropriate for Collette's target audience. Communicating with Product Managers to write and/or copy edit and enhance tour itinerary information. Communicating and meeting with outside PR agency and acting as liaison to provide requested information.  Attending department meetings to strengthen marketing materials.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Must possess strong writing, proofreading and copy editing skills.

Must have the ability to be organized and effectively meet tight deadlines.

Previous industry experience helpful.
