Corporate Strategy Manager

Candidates should have 3+ years post-MBA experience in a highly analytical role, ideally with experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or in a strategic marketing position. This role requires demonstrated strength in fact-based business analysis, analytical and conceptual skills, presentation construction and delivery, interpersonal communication, and consensus building. The candidate must be skillful in working across the business units, communicating professionally and remaining unbiased and data-driven. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable structuring analysis and developing solutions, highly tolerant of ambiguity, willing to challenge conventional wisdom and able to drive to clear fact-based recommendations. Finally, the candidate must possess a passion for understanding and serving the unique travel industry. Experience in software, retail/consumer industries is a plus.



Team responsibility includes development and communication of Sabre Holdings overarching corporate strategy, target market definition, long-term strategic priorities, and annual corporate planning process. Strategic analysis could include identifying, assessing and resolving critical strategic issues, evaluating competitors and markets, estimating market sizes, and identifying new business opportunities.



Participate in the ongoing fact-based strategy formulation efforts and select market analyses. Primary focus is the development of Sabre Holdings corporate strategy, but will frequently include business unit and international strategy development.


EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years related experience. Advanced computer software skills. Good communication skills, written and verbal; ability to handle multiple projects.
