A global interactive agency is looking for an Account Supervisor with 5+ years of experience. You will be supervising key projects and managing the day-to-day relationship between the agency and it's mid-level clients.

Responsibilites include:

- Evaluate and assign projects to appropriate teams based on capabilities and experience.
- Work with all departments in the development of strategically sound marketing communications plans.
- Oversee all stages of project planning, executions and deployment to ensure highest level of quality is met.
- Be responsible for ensuring accurate and profitable project estimates followed by accurate and timely Client billing and bill payments.
- Assess, evaluate and approve all stages of project development.
- Reviews all creative to assure that it satisfies Client objectives and strategies.
- Reviews all media, planning/research and other work to assure its relevance and quality.
- Act as a sounding board for new ideas, solutions, and opportunities.
- Keeps the Account Director fully informed on the status of the account activities/projects.
- Be responsible for the growth of the AM and AAM through mentoring and development of career growth plans.
- Recognize Client`s business needs and opportunities and generate work plans that addresses these needs.
- Question and evaluate decisions and recommendations in anticipation of possible reaction.
- Defend Agency position and decisions with solid back up and research.
- Ensure fiscal profitability of all projects, and the account in general.
- Demonstrate strong written, oral and presentation skills.
- Participate in the development of new business opportunities, as assigned.
